I have therapeutic focus in utilizing the TFCBT, Seeking Safety, CBT and DBT modalities to assist one in managing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction and trauma. I work to assist clients in learning skills that may be applicable to times of intense stress or high emotion where they can feel more equipped in their daily life. My main goal is to ensure that you are able to work through the many life stressors that can create distress and assist you to moving towards a life worth living.
